Each chip has a Unique Identifier (UID) for determining the authenticity of each device. It’s used for authentication and authorization in network connections.

HUK

A Hardware Unique Key (HUK) is the “Root Key” from which all other secret keys can be derived. Applications can then generate multiple keys for symmetric cryptographic operations.
